CEREAL (GRANOLA TYPE) | |
4 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. wheat germ 1 c. grated coconut (opt.) 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. honey 1 tbsp. cinnamon Mix dry ingredients. Add vanilla, oil and honey. Oil 2 (9"x12") pans (or equivalent. Spread cereal. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring frequently, lifting well from bottom and sides. Cereal should be golden brown. Cool and store in an air tight container. |
