FISH - N - CHIPS 
Any white meat fish (perch, cod, haddock, sole)
Plain flour
Club soda
Any boxed pancake mix
Vegetable oil

Secret of Success: Dip the fish pieces in the plain flour first; lay them aside.

Heat oil for deep frying. Mix the club soda and pancake mix to the consistency of buttermilk. Dredge the fish in batter. Place in hot oil and fry until golden, about 3 minutes. The drippings are the chips. Enjoy.
