FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI 
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. flank steak

Combine ingredients and pour over flank steak. Marinate 4 hours or more, turning once. Grill over charcoal or broil turning once. Be careful not to overcook. Slice in thin slices, cutting on diagonal across grain. Basting sauce can be doubled. Heat chicken slightly with cornstarch. Serve over rice. 4-6 servings.
