3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. water
3 c. milk

Combine chocolate, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Stir in milk slowly; heat just until piping hot. Beat with a rotary beater until foamy topped. Serve with softly whipped cream, if you wish. Makes 4 servings.
