CORN SALAD 
2 (12 oz.) cans corn, drained
1 c. diced cucumber
1/4 c. diced onion
2 sm. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt, pepper, thyme

Combine corn, cucumber, onion and tomato in bowl. Blend sour cream with mayonnaise and spices. Add sour cream mixture to corn and toss gently. Chill thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.
