FRIED WONTON | |
1 lb. ground pork 1 onion, finely chopped 1 pkg. wonton wraps 1 egg 1 tbsp. salt & pepper Mix ground pork and onion, salt and pepper; set aside. Beat egg and add half of it to the pork mixture; mix well. Baste edges of wonton with remaining egg. Fold over in triangle shape. Deep fry until done. |
