BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 mashed bananas
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, then dry ingredients. Stir in bananas and nuts. Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake at 325°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Wrap in foil while warm.
