HOMEMADE PLAYDOUGH 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salad oil

In a heavy aluminum pan, mix all ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until it comes away from the pan. When cooled, add a few drops of food coloring and knead until thoroughly mixed. Store in airtight ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
