LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
1 (16 oz.) can tomato herb sauce
1 sm. can sliced olives, drained
1 sm. can B&B mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion
2 sm. green bell peppers
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Parsley
Garlic powder
Lasagne noodles
Jack cheese
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and sausage in skillet. Add seasonings of choice. In big pot, put in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, saute onions, bell pepper, mushrooms until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olives, beef and sausage. Cook 4 hours.

Cook extra wide lasagne noodles until soft. Put in buttered 9x13 inch pan in layered fashion--noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan over that. Then put more noodles, sauce and Monterey Jack cheese with Parmesan sprinkled on that. If cold, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
