SHRIMP CREOLE 
5 lbs. cleaned raw shrimp
2 sticks butter
3 green peppers, diced
4 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, minced
3 (No. 3) cans tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cayenne

Saute peppers, onion, garlic, celery, parsley in butter. Add tomatoes and seasonings and cook slowly 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 20 minutes more. Serve with rice.
