CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. marshmallow creme
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa and sugar. Add syrup and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture forms a soft ball (232°F F). Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased (buttered) pan to cool. After cooled, slice into small squares.

For plain peanut butter fudge, leave out cocoa and add 3/4 jar of peanut butter.
