STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. of any of the following: crab, shrimp, diced ham, Parmesan cheese, or shredded sharp cheese

Remove stems carefully, stuff, place in Pyrex dish, add 1 teaspoon butter. Cover. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes, check. Do not let mushrooms become soggy. Serve hot. Very good! 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
