SWEET BREAD 
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm milk
1 small cake yeast
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, add eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Mix together. Put yeast in warm milk and let yeast dissolve. Add to egg mixture and then add flour 1 cup at a time. Knead to make a soft dough. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until double in size. Put in 4 pans and let rise again.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes
