THE WORLD'S BEST & EASIEST
LASAGNE
 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
Italian seasoning & garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

STEP 1: Brown onion and ground beef, drain, add all remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer on low for 45 minutes.

STEP 2: While sauce is simmering, add 2 eggs to a large container of cottage cheese, mix well and set aside.

STEP 3: Layer in a 13 x 9 inch casserole beginning with a layer of sauce, then a layer of uncooked lasagne noodles, another layer of sauce, then all the cottage cheese mixture, then another layer of uncooked lasagne noodles, more sauce. Then top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
