DIN'S FROZEN SALAD CUPS 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Red food coloring
Lettuce cups

Combine pineapple, sour cream, sugar, banana, lemon juice and salt. Stir in cherries, nuts and few drops food coloring. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pans; freeze. When frozen, remove from pans. Store in plastic bags in freezer Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Remove paper; serve in lettuce cup. Serves 12.
