PONSIT 
Diced pork or chicken
Garlic to taste
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 carrots
3 celery stalks, cut diagonally
1 c. green beans, diagonally cut
4 c. cabbage, thinly cut
1 pkg. Canton noodles

Heat oil. Fry garlic, onions and pork. Add soy sauce plus 2 cups of water. Boil 15 minutes; add cut celery, green beans, carrots, and cook 10 minutes. Add cabbage and canton noodles. Cook 5 more minutes and serve. Serves 8.
