STUFFED SHELLS | |
1 pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. ricotta cheese 2 c. Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese 1 egg 1/4 c. Parmesan 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce 1 box lg. shells Season to taste Parsley flakes Cook shells according to package directions. Let cool and leave in some water after rinsing. Combine cream cheese, Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg and cracker crumbs. Stuff shells with mixture and place in an oblong baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot. Italian sausage simmered in spaghetti sauce, a toss salad and Italian garlic bread will complete this meal. |
