PAPA THOMAS'S FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. pure cane sugar
1 1/2 lg. cans evaporated milk
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 lg. bags semi-sweet chocolate morsels (Nestle's)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
21 oz. marshmallow creme
2 c. pecans

Use large pan to cook in (6 quart). Put sugar, milk and butter in pan and cook on high, stirring continuously until it boils good and continue to stir for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and put morsels in and place back on heat until morsels melt. Remove from heat again and put marshmallow creme in and stir good. Add vanilla flavoring and pecans and pour into greased jelly roll pan.
