LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams, undrained
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Lightly brown garlic in hot oil. Remove from heat and add parsley, pepper, salt, clams and lemon juice. Bring to a boil; simmer for at least 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Pour clam sauce over hot pasta and mix.

Serves 6. Easy enough for a youngster to make. Serve with a tossed green salad and Italian bread.
