FLOUNDER FILLET WITH CAPERS 
1 lb. flounder fillet
1/3 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tbsp. capers
1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Put fish in single layer in a glass dish. Mix Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with tarragon, pepper, and capers. Cover with foil. Bake in 425 degree oven 10-15 minutes.
