CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste plus 1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine water, tomato paste, ketchup, ground beef, relish, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder and sugar and simmer for 45 minutes. Sauce will thicken. Stir occasionally.
