RIB STEAKS WITH ZUCCHINI &
ONIONS
 
VEGETABLES:

1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ginger
Dash pepper

STEAKS:

2 beef rib steaks, 1/2" - 3/4" thick
Garlic powder to taste
Pepper to taste
1-2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. oil

In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. Add zucchini, garlic powder, ginger and pepper. Cook until zucchini is crisp tender. Remove skillet from heat. Remove vegetables from skillet; keep warm. Sprinkle steaks on both sides with garlic powder and pepper; brush with teriyaki sauce. In the same skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add steak; cook 3 to 7 minutes on each side or until steaks are well browned and of desired doneness. Serve steaks with vegetables. 2 servings.
