PEPPERIDGE FARM CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 sticks butter
1 can drained mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Remove desired meat from one whole cooked chicken or use chicken breasts cut in small pieces.

Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan; cover bottom of pan with cut up chicken. In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, and 1/2 cup chicken broth; cover with 1 can mushrooms.

Melt 2 sticks of butter. In bowl toss together stuffing, butter, and 1 cup chicken broth. Mix until wet and spread on top of chicken mixture.

Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
