HONEY BANANA BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder (double acting)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/4 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Add walnuts. Combine bananas, lemon juice, honey and milk. Add flour mixture a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in egg white. Pour into lightly oiled baking pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
