SHRIMP THERMADOR | |
8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 chopped onion 1 c. chopped bell peppers 2 ribs chopped celery 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 1/2 lbs. cleaned raw shrimp 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Tabasco 1/2 tsp. cayenne 3 c. cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Melt cream cheese and 1 stick butter. Set aside. Saute onions, peppers, and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove and add to cream cheese and butter mixture. Saute shrimp just until done and drain. Mix all ingredients together and place into greased 3 quart casserole. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until hot. |
