UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground turkey
Dash garlic & oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 c. Pastene ground tomatoes (28 oz. cans)
1 1/2 c. more vegetables of your choice

Saute ground turkey, garlic and oregano in pan sprayed with Pam. Add vegetables (mushrooms, onion, peppers, broccoli, etc.) Frozen vegetables may be used.

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Spread turkey and vegetable mixture evenly across pan. Pour can of tomatoes over mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano. Top with crescent rolls. Do not rip rolls. Just put in 2 long strips and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees until rolls are brown. Each triangle is a serving.
