RHUBARB BARS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jello

Mix first three ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup. To remainder add 1 egg, milk and mix. Pat into 9"x9" pan. Mix rhubarb with sugar, spread on patted crumb mixture. Sprinkle with Jello. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes
