MISS PAT'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. red potatoes
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 hard boiled, sliced eggs
4 to 6 green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
8 strips bacon, crumbled
Marzetti's slaw dressing (16 oz.) - (1/2-3/4 jar)
1 tbsp. bacon grease
2-3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. olive oil

When boiling potatoes, add 2 tablespoons vinegar to water - drain thoroughly.

Boil potatoes, WITH PEELS, cut into 1/8's; chop green onions, minced garlic, cover with olive oil in large mixing bowl - add potatoes, eggs, crumbled bacon. In microwavable bowl mix Marzetti's, bacon grease, sugar and ginger and microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over potato mixture. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
