CRAB SOUFFLE 
12 slices stale white bread, cubed
1 lb. crab meat
7 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. each diced onion & parsley
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. milk
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix mayonnaise and milk together. Combine with rest of ingredients, except cheese. Place in greased 13"x9" dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
