PEANUT BUTTER CANDY CAKES | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix: 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. butter Add: 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. scalded milk 2 c. flour Put in a standard size cookie sheet greased and floured. Spread with peanut butter while hot then refrigerate about 1 hour. Melt 1 1/2 large Hershey chocolate bars. Spread on top. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares. |
