FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
Chicken, cut up 2-3 lb.
Salt & pepper
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread rice over bottom. Combine soup and water. Pour half of soup mixture over rice and let stand for a few minutes. Place chicken on top of rice. Add salt, pepper and remaining soup mix. Top with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours. You can also use cream of mushroom soup.
