CRANBERRY - APPLE RELISH 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 cored, unpared, cooking apples
2 lg. unpeeled, Sunkist oranges
1 lg. unpeeled lemon
2 1/2 c. sugar

Prepare a day ahead. Wash fruit; quarter, core, and remove seeds. Put through food chopper, medium blade. Add to cranberry sauce with sugar and blend. Refrigerate immediately, in airtight container. Makes about 1 quart. Keeps well in refrigerator for a week or more.
