PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs

FILLING & TOPPING:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4-1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease pan. Mix bread ingredients well. Put 1/4 of dough into each pan. Top each with 1/4 of the filling. Cover this with the remaining dough. Top with rest of filling mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
