PISTACHIO NUT BREAD 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding (3 oz.)
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and water until well blended. Pour half of mixture into 2 greased loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle half of mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over topping mixture. Sprinkle with remainign topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
