CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. corn from cob or cream style
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. 3. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add milk, cream, sugar and salt. 4. Stir in corn, bread crumbs and butter. 5. Pour into prepared casserole and place dish in pan of boiling water. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until custard is set.
