BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
1/4 lb. smoked sausage, 1/2" slices, quartered
1/3 c. oil
4 c. frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 slices (Velveeta) pasteurized processed cheese, cut in half diagonally

Cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat until lightly browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Add oil; heat to medium high. Add potatoes and pepper. Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until desired crispness. Stir in sausage. Remove from heat. Top with cheese. 4 servings. (preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes).
