4 qts. popped popcorn
1 (10 to 12 oz.) bag of M and M's
1 12 oz. can mixed nuts
1 (16 oz.) bag marshmallows
1/2 c. butter

Melt together marshmallows and butter, pour over popcorn, M and M's and nut mixture. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan or an angel food cake pan.
