LITE CHICKEN A LA POLAND 
8 chicken breast halves, boned & skinned
2 c. white wine
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 c. no cholesterol mayonnaise, separated
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 c. (3 oz.) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Marinate chicken in wine overnight. Discard marinade. Place onion in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Dot with 1/4 cup mayonnaise.

In mixing bowl combine remaining mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat chicken thoroughly and place on top of onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer, until bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
