COLD BEAN SALAD 
1 (#2) cans lima beans, drained
1 (#2) cans green beans (French style, drained)
1 (#2) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. minced onion
1 (#2) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 jar pimento for color - or red pepper chopped fine

Dressing:

2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. canola oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all salad ingredients. Place in glass casserole dish.

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad mixture. Stir thoroughly. Cover tightly and place in refrigerator. Let stand overnight before serving.
