PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash each ground cloves & nutmeg
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust

Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with fresh fruit, drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted strawberry jelly, if desired. Servings 8.
