MARY KISER'S FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, tore in bite size
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 or 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 to 1/4 c. vinegar (less if real sour)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped or blended in blender
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad just before serving. Toss until well coated.
