30 MINUTE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans peeled tomatoes and juice
1 can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to boil. Break up tomatoes with a spoon. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes to blend flavorings.
