STACK BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk

Make out an hour before baking. Cut biscuits then stack two together. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
