AUTUMN SALAD 
2 c. diced pears
2 c. diced celery
2 c. halved green seedless grapes
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Black pepper
2 oz. wedge fresh Parmesan cheese

Toss fruit in juices, fold in parsley. Sprinkle with pepper. Sliver cheese on top to serve.
