MOLDED PARTY MINTS 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, soft
3 to 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. flavor
Food color
Granulated sugar
Sm. candy molds

(For flavor and color: pink = cherry, strawberry raspberry, cinnamon; green = mint; yellow = lemon; white = vanilla and orange = orange.)

In large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Blend in flavoring and color. Add remaining powdered sugar; knead if necessary until smooth and stiff like pie crust dough. Form into 1/2 teaspoon balls; roll in sugar, press in mold and unmold immediately onto wire rack. Store loosely wrapped or refrigerate or freezer. Makes 7 1/2 dozen.
