SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
1 jar B&G Garden Vegetables
1 can black or green olives
2 fresh tomatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. pkg. frozen miniature ravioli
6 slices bacon
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Wash spinach and remove stems. Break into bite size pieces. Drain the vegetables, reserving 1/4 cup of juice. Fry bacon until crisp, and break into pieces. Cut hard boiled eggs into wedges. Cook ravioli until done. Prepare Good Seasons as directed. Place vegetables, eggs, tomatoes, olives and bacon in a large bowl. Add the salad dressing and reserved vegetable juice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, add spinach and ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
