CHICKEN SALAD 
6 c. chicken, cut up
2 c. celery, diced
2 lb. seedless grapes (split in half)
2 (10 oz.) water chestnuts
3 c. slivered almonds
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained

DRESSING:

3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix salad (except pineapple). Mix dressing. Put together the above and let sit in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Add pineapple just before serving.
