ORANGE GLAZED CHUCK ROAST 
3-4 lb. beef arm roast
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 c. orange marmalade

Poke holes with fork in meat and marinate overnight in pineapple juice and spices. Brown meat in small amount of oil. Spread marmalade on both sides of roast. Simmer roast 4 to 5 hours in marinade. Carrots, brussel sprouts, onion, green beans and/or potatoes can simmer along with meat to complete the meal.
