MELISSA'S PINK CLOUD 
1 can crushed pineapple (med.-sized can)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) strawberry-flavored Jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip

In saucepan, add pineapple with juice and sugar, bring to boil. Take off the head and add the Jello, stir well. Cool. Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip, mix well. Spread in 9 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate.
