FRIED CHICKEN 
2 tender fryers
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
3 c. flour
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. heavy cream

Mix milk with Tabasco sauce. Place chicken in large pan. Pour in milk mix to coat chicken. Cover and chill several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Turn chicken once more in milk, then roll piece by piece in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Then dip chicken in cream and roll again in seasoned flour. Fry until golden brown.
